i secured a superior king room city view. the room included a minibar. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower stall.

The room had a comfortable bed and good temperature control (it made sleeping very easy). i also liked the supermarket onsite. It was very convenient. the staff was helpful. Check-in was smooth.
i didn't like that rooms lacked a water hose in the toilets. also, the cups and glasses were not very clean (i didn't want to use them). we mentioned our honeymoon, but there was no acknowledgment.

Really good Experience on the Corniche
spacious rooms comfortable bed convenient location
The rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location near the Corniche is convenient for beach access. I found a great Thai restaurant in the hotel named Silk and Spice.
The elevators were a little slow at times, requiring some patience.

The reception staff was super friendly. Hotel personnel were helpful and courteous. I appreciated the constant assistance provided by Pasindu in the cafe and the team at reception.

lovely view great options easy taxi air conditioning issues room light slow service
i got a luxury twin room sea view. the view really was lovely. breakfast had a great range of options. it was also easy to get a taxi to see the sites.
the air conditioning had recurring issues. the room was never very dark at night because of light from sockets. room service asked when they should come back to pick up food but they never did.
